Blok Rotası data deletion process
Blok Rotası does not currently create a user account. There is therefore no game account deletion process. You may request deletion of identifiable information sent through support email or otherwise under the direct control of Labirix Games.
How to submit a request
- Send an email to labirixgames@gmail.com.
- Subject: “Blok Rotası Data Deletion Request”.
- State the email address used and explain which records you want deleted.
- Do not send passwords, full identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Records that may be deleted
- Support correspondence and attachments
- Device or error information sent for support
- Other records directly controlled by Labirix Games and associated with the user
Third-party data
For data retained by third parties such as Google AdMob or Google Play, use the relevant Google account and advertising controls. Labirix Games cannot independently delete third-party account data that it does not control.
Processing the request
After verification, the request will be answered within the periods required by applicable law. Eligible records will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.
