- Device/application data: device, operating system and version information voluntarily provided during support
4. Legal grounds
Data may be processed on legal grounds including legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right and legitimate interests under Article 5 of the KVKK. Where separate consent is required, it is requested independently.

Data may be collected electronically through email, support communications, website technical logs and service providers used by mobile applications.

Information may be transferred to hosting, email, application-store and advertising service providers only to the extent required to provide the service. Cross-border transfers are evaluated according to the service location and applicable law.
