- Language preference
- Sound and music settings

Under normal conditions, this information is not sent to the developer. Locally stored game data may be deleted when the user clears application data or uninstalls the application.
If automatic backup features provided by the device operating system are enabled, some application data may be processed by the device provider's backup services.
4. Advertising and technical data
Path of Letters may use Google AdMob to support a free game experience.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK and related advertising services may automatically process technical information including:
- IP address and general region estimated from the IP address
- Advertising ID and similar device identifiers
- Application interactions such as application launches, ad impressions, ad clicks and video views
- Device model, operating system and application version
- Application performance, startup time and error information
- Technical information required for fraud prevention and security checks
- The user's advertising and consent preferences
According to Google's official AdMob disclosures, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP address, product interactions, diagnostic information and device- or account-related identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes. Data transmitted to the service is encrypted in transit.
5. Purposes of processing
Information may be used to:
- Operate the game's core features
- Store game progress and user preferences
- Display ads and manage ad frequency
- Verify the result of rewarded advertisements
- Detect technical errors and performance issues
- Maintain security and prevent fraudulent ad interactions
- Apply the user's privacy and advertising preferences
- Meet legal obligations
6. Personalized and non-personalized advertisements
Personalized or non-personalized advertisements may be shown depending on the user's country, age group, device settings and privacy choices.
Where required in regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent is requested before personal data is processed for advertising.
Users may review their choices and withdraw consent through a section such as Privacy Options or Ad Preferences in the application.
Google requires appropriate disclosures, valid consent where necessary and an option that allows users to withdraw consent later in these regions.
7. Sharing of information
Path of Letters does not sell user information for commercial purposes.
Technical information may be shared only as necessary for application operation, ad delivery, performance measurement, security and legal obligations with:
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads services
- Technical infrastructure and service providers used by the application
- Legally authorized public institutions and judicial authorities
Third-party service providers may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable law.
8. Data security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Information sent to third-party services is transmitted over secure and encrypted connections to the extent supported.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Retention and deletion
Game data stored on the device may remain until the user clears application data, resets the game or removes the application from the device.
If a user sends a support email, correspondence may be retained for the period necessary to resolve the request, preserve security records and meet legal obligations.
Retention periods for information processed by Google AdMob and other service providers are governed by the policies of those providers.
Path of Letters does not use an account system, so there is no game account to delete. Privacy and data deletion requests can be sent to the contact email address.
10. Children's privacy
Path of Letters does not directly request a name, surname, phone number, address or email address from the user.
The target age group and advertising settings declared on Google Play are configured to comply with applicable child-safety and advertising rules.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that personal information relating to a child has been processed accidentally may contact the developer. A verifiable request will be reviewed within a reasonable period and the relevant information will be deleted where appropriate.

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed
- Request information about processed data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Withdraw previously provided consent
Requests concerning these rights may be sent to the contact email address.
12. International data transfers
Third-party service providers such as Google AdMob may process technical information on servers located outside the user's country.
Such processing is subject to the relevant provider's privacy practices and applicable data-protection rules.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application, services used or legal requirements.
